The Carpal Tunnel Assistive Device will be a wearable device to help those who suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome as well as proactively help prevent future cases of CT for those who are not necessarily diagnosed or experience similar symptoms regarding wrist-to-hand dexterity. The device will correct wrist-to-hand position with the use of a motor to rotate the angle of your wrist to a more relaxed position. Due to the fact that the severity of those who experience CT pain varies, the user can set their desired parameters of what angle degree can be the threshold of comfort. If the device detects that their position is off or beyond their set parameter, the motor will slowly rotate back towards the set angle of relaxation, avoiding sudden movements that may harm the user.
