Workplace incivility is a prevalent issue that can negatively impact employee well-being and organizational outcomes. This study examines the role of perceived workplace psychological safety as a moderator in the relationship between workplace incivility, job satisfaction, and turnover intent. Drawing on theories of psychological safety, this research hypothesizes that a psychologically safe work environment may buffer the detrimental effects of incivility by fostering a sense of trust and support.
