  • Thermocyclers (including gradient capability)
  • ABI StepOne Real-Time PCR
  • Bio-Rad CFX96 Real-Time PCR


Sample Preparation

  • TissueLyser II
  • Chemical fume hood for DNA/RNA extraction
  • UV crosslinker

*GTAC provides infrastructure and training to support users in generating sequencing-ready libraries but does not perform sequencing.

After-hours access requires prior approval.

GTAC Open Lab Support Hours – HH125

In-person lab support with the GTAC Director for training, troubleshooting, and active research projects.
Monday | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Thursday | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
No appointment required. Scheduled meetings welcome during this time.
