Investigation of Thermal Management of Servers in a Data Center Using Immersion Cooling

In recent years, more and more data centers have been built to meet various demands, mainly AI, cloud computing, and hyperscale computing services. This is not surprising given the recent AI technology boom and the exponential increase in demand for various cloud services. The main goal of my project is to design/investigate a more energy efficient cooling system for data centers, using immersion cooling. This project is important considering the growing demands for high computing resources and the sheer growth in energy consumption by the data centers.
