The primary objective of this project is to design and develop a device which enables tire technicians to remove wheels from vehicles without ever lifting the wheel manually. The device aims to improve efficiency and safety in automotive workshops and other relevant settings. The project focuses on designing a device compatible with consumer pick-up trucks. The scope includes mechanical, electrical, and software development, as well as validation through physical testing. Excluded from this scope are other vehicle types and non-standard (base trim) tire and rim types.
