The Perceptions of Remote Work study explores early career professionals’ (ECPs) perceptions of remote work. Through 3 research studies that explore participants’ perceptions of the organizational support and organizational attractiveness on flexible working policies. Video vignettes are used as examples of varying degrees of remote work in all 3 studies. In Study 1, participants are presented with three text vignettes of companies with varying degrees of remote working policies. In Study 2 and 3, participants were presented with video vignettes with varying degrees of company flexibility policies. Participants were also presented with a survey, capturing demographics and perceptions on remote work.
