The Automatic Refillable Tabletop Electronic Machine Mixing In Spices (ARTEMMIS) is an automatic spice dispenser that uses a vertical screw feeder to dispense spices, spice blends, or cooking powders according to predetermined recipes. The included design for the showcase is for 24 spices. The spice industry is currently worth 28.5 billion dollars and there is no product currently on the market for dispensing spices. The scalability of the design allows for any dispensing application; Small restaurant owners are now not tied up mixing spices, folks that have a hard time measuring due to low dexterity or poor vision, retailers that have a bulk food item section, those who want to try new cuisines and lastly, those that want cooking at home to be simpler.
