Congratulations to all of our undergraduate researchers on a successful summer! This Saturday, students who spent the summer working on research through the MARC, Bridges, RISE, REU and SF BUILD programs presented their results at the 25th Annual Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium in Hensill Hall. Mentored by advisors at SF State, UCSF and Stanford, the students spent the past weeks developing their projects and learning new skills in labs throughout the Bay Area. Their presentations covered everything from fly development to marsh sediments to lead contamination in east Oakland. Check out some pictures of these stellar students presenting their work!
